The 3D Design have been made in Solidworks 2012. I have checked and simulated the kinematics of the main shaft to ensure the functionality and sealing of the O-Rings. The flow of air have been simulated in Solidworks Flow Simulation.
The CAM programs have been made with AlphaCAM using a general 5 axis post processor. The parts have been machined on OMNI CNC milling machine 5 axis and the main shaft on Takisawa CNC turning machine.
