ABOUT

Adrian Hainarosie

Bio: I have 12+ years of experience working within the Aerospace and Gas Industry, implementing Six Sigma Lean Principles that ensured the success of all my projects from the initial design stage to the final manufactured or assembled product. I’m known for my 3D mechanical design for Six Sigma capabilities in order to facilitate the method of manufacturing. As seen on my resume, I have started my career as a Quality Assurance Engineer testing SolidWorks, continued as a Mechanical Design Engineer and into Manufacturing Engineer CNC Programmer. This gives me the advantage that I can analyze and eliminate potential failures from the initial stages of the given project. As an Aerospace Design Engineer, I have worked, both with SolidWorks and CATIA for 3D Mechanical designs, and found that both have their strengths and weaknesses. As an example, SolidWorks has better control on re-assigning and object’s center of gravity, in order to establish the final drone’s wing position. I have worked with various softwares for the structural analysis (FEA), like Algor, Ansys or SolidWorks Simulation , and personally I recommend any mentioned. I found the Manufacturing Engineer CNC Programmer role, being the most challenging and rewording role I have taken so far, as per it allows me to continuously improve my design capabilities by implementing work holdings that are linked to the manufacturing processes, or to succeed where others won't. I have been able to eliminate scrap and generated more than 30% cost saving by generating CNC programs utilizing SolidCAM, EdgeCAM, AlphaCAM (I have my own license), MasterCAM, Unigraphics NX or CATIA V5. All presented 3D Designs are personal improved concepts and creative ideas non related to any other projects . Dimensions are irrelevant due to the fact that they are uniformly scaled. All, presented concepts are functional and can be changed or adapted to any needs and specifications.
